Ice Cream Milkshakes

My daughter Homiya, asked me to make her a milkshake to cut out and play with the paper dolls. She chose a chocolate flavor and my other daughter Thamarai chose strawberry. I think they look great on note cards and for a Valentine for your sweetie. Get your milkshakes here.

Sports Illustrated Cover- Birthday Invitation jpeg file

 

I am still trying to come up with a fun design for a sports theme. This Sports Illustrated cover would be a cool way to celebrate a sports party. I can change the background and featured sports items if you wish. order your birthday cover here  I even thought about doing other magazine covers like Teen, People, Glamor and Runner's World.

Ladybug Tea - Note cards & thank you cards

 

Above are some of the designs that I made today. My favorite ladybugs with a tea pot design. It would be really fun if someday these designs actually got put on tea cups and a tea pot.  I used have some very pretty tea pots before we moved. For now, I will be happy with my ladybug tea cups to look at.

Ballet Dancing

Bug Play- Birthday Invitation

Do your kids like bugs? When I was a kid my big sister, Lisa, and I collected bugs. We took our collection to show in 4-H at the Clay County Fair. We got a blue ribbon. The striped one is fashioned after the Colorado Potato Beetle. The one with two red dots is similar to the Wee Harlequin Bug also called the Twice Stabbed Stink Bug. The blue bug is similar to the Spotted Cucumber Beetle.

I have a lot of ladybug designs for girls and a mother requested a bug design for boys so this is what I came up with today.

Owl Baby Buggy- Baby Shower invitation

My grandmother, Grace Ewoldt loves owls. I thought her owl collection was so cute. I will be sending her some stationary with these owls on them soon. I hope you like these cute little birds too. On the farm in Iowa we would hear barn owls call at night to each other. It was fun to listen to them with the black sky full of stars.

I made the sketch for these little owls while waiting for a meeting, so creativity can strike at anytime.

I drew this little design last night while watching my kids take their bath. They enjoy long baths with all their favorite toys in the water. Today I made it digital on the computer which was fun. We were watching Wubbsy cartoons and I think the rectangle branches came in from the Wubbsy world. LOL

Rocking Horse invitatons

I love horses and trained them for many years as a teenager. I drew this little rocking horse the other day as an ACEO art card and scanned it on the computer and redrew it there. The horse can be changed to any color. I choose a border similar to a scarf bandana design.
